Preorders beware... On 9/18/25 I placed an order for two boxes of 36 donuts on Honeydip's website. I ordered in advance with a plan to pick up my order between 7:10 and 7:20 a.m. on 9/19/25. I received an email and text confirmation for my prepaid order.
At 6:40 a.m. on 9/19/25 I received a text saying that my order was cancelled leaving me scrambling to find a last minute solution.
I'd like to give a five star shout out to the morning team at the Miller Park Dunkin Donuts for coming through at the last minute. I gave them a call when I saw Honeydip cancelled. Dunkin had my order ready when I arrived 15 minutes later - and that's even with a line around the building in the drive thru. It was $10 less expensive than Honeydip to boot!

Days in advance, we placed an order for pickup for a wedding after party. Less than 30 mins before our scheduled pick up we received a notice telling us they were unable to fill our order. We were stunned. No explanation was given, no consideration that they left a customer high and dry. We have never experienced anything like it. So unprofessional and without consideration for the challenge they left for us. Undependable and disappointing.

I visited Honeydip Donuts hoping for a good breakfast, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The donuts were disappointing—nothing special and not as fresh as I had hoped. The coffee was decent, but nothing to rave about. On a positive note, the dining area has some nice booth seating, which was comfortable. Overall, there are better places for donuts in the area, but it could work for a quick stop if you’re in the mood for coffee and cheap donuts.
