we went in there 3+ hours before they close and they say they're out of almost everything. when asked about what options they do have, we got a dry and snappy response. it really wasn’t even a big deal that they had limited options, it’s the bad attitude you get from the employees.

Cookies are great. Complaint is about the service. Service is stupid, point blank. Ive asked my husband to pick up some cookies on his way home for me, twice now. First visit, the door was locked, they had no reason. Not sure what the employees/manager are doing when they’re supposed to be open during work hours. Second visit, the door was locked again, so he knocked. They said they can’t take any orders unless they were made online because their card machine was down. Stupid and incredibly annoying. Why have a storefront? Useless.

Employee tonight was white short guyGave me 4 scoops of ice cream when I ordered a pint of ice cream. Ended up paying extra 8$ for a scoop. I am not even gonna go in if this guy is going to be there. White Short Stout guy ???First time I had this experience at this location ????????

This was awesome. So we ordered online from uber eats and they only had a certain amount for superman ice cream so they called and i traded flavors. I asked if i could have a little extra sprinkles and boy oh boy they didnt fail me. Oh and the cookies are really good lol
The workers are so kind, love them. Cookies are so delicious. They're open pretty late, very convenient

Horrible Experience!!! We got to the place 30 mins before closing and they where out of most Good thing you would order off menu. The flavors they did have left and the one everyone in the store wanted the Clerk dropped a whole cookie bowl in to the barrel of ice cream then tells the who store per policy he has to throw this full Tub out.Not only he tell a us this but get upset when we ask question on what's he does have left.Me and my party left the store with nothing in hand after standing there for 30mins.First time at Any Insomnia Cookie and it was my worst ever experience and want ever return to now until I here from Owner of location or Corporate Rep. I highly recommended no black women goes to this location after 7pm unless you like rude fuatrate white males.

What a great shop. Great employee today. I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but she was wonderful. She's going to school for psychology. Very friendly service. The peach cobbler cookie with ice cream was incredible.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. Sage made our night even better than it was after Summerfest, and provided amazing service. The cookies were delicious.
