I am begging anyone reading this to never order from this location. I’ve never written a review before, but this location is the dirtiest food service location I’ve ever seen. My experience was a -5/10. Horrible employees. Horrible

I would suggest going to the North Ave location. It is only 2 miles (5 minutes) away from this location. It is worth not having the headache.

we came in around 3:30 and the person serving us/everyone was extremely rude and you could tell just does not belong in any type of customer service. this was my first time trying insomnia and it was just terrible, made me not want to even buy anything. i ended up buying just a 4 pack and they were gross & dry. will not be back. i highly recommend not stopping here!

Worst experience ever. I was there with my family and only one person was working who was not able to understand our whole order at all. So we thought as she is getting confused we will type the order and gave it to her but still she messed up the order and on saying that 2 items are missing she said you should have let me know earlier. We are like what more can we do, we gave you the order orally you didn’t understand, we showed the order on our phone, you didn’t understand. Was super rude and was banging everything while making our order. Disappointed

God if I could give zero stars I would. I loved these cookies the first time I tried them from a different location so I thought "Hell yeah! A location near me!" I tried to go at 2:30am once, the doors were locked and the girls inside were sitting on the floor behind the counter on their phones! Whatever, maybe they had to close early that night. Tonight I came at 10pm, WELL BEFORE they're supposed to close. I drive up and the door is literally open with two employees fidling with the lock? I try to walk in and they stop me and say "Mam we're closed" seriously? Closed at 10pm with multiple people inside? And to top it off they let in a doordasher right in front of me. Nothing on the website or on the building indicates delivery only so I've determined that they have hired lazy teenagers who only want to dick around on their phones and will only do an order if its made online because then they have to. Will never be trying this location again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.

I recommend you avoid this location! We waited an hour and twenty minutes before giving up and canceling our online order. This was around 8pm on a Saturday and we ordered directly from the company website (not Uber Eats or Door Dash)When we ordered, the estimated time was 20-30 minutes. At the 40 minute mark, there was no update on the order online, so I called the store. They confirmed the order was received and stated "we're catching up on baking" and that they'd need 15-20 minutes.We waited another half hour, and there were not any updates on the online tracker. We called again, and were told there must be a glitch and that they couldn't provide an estimated time. At this point we canceled the order so we weren't staying up at night waiting for dessert at a mystery time.The employees spoken to on the phone had zero emotion or compassion for the delays. Delays happen, it could have been a busy night, but communication and customer service can still be provided. For what it's worth, they refunded me quickly.

Second time I’ve been to this establishment, first time was decent, second time was horrible. The lady who was taking my order was on a FaceTime call the entire time I was ordering. I also got 2 cookies for six bucks, and for that price you’d think they would be at-least a decent size right? Wrong. The cookies weren’t even the size of my palm, actually quite a bit less. I ate 6 dollars worth of cookies in 4 bites, and they weren’t even that good! I’d honestly rather get the 12 pack of cookies for 7 dollars at Walmart that were manufactured in a factory, probably would’ve tasted better than what I ate just now.

It almost seems pointless to leave a review considering how many low reviews there already and how I am going to be parroting what many people have already said. Nevertheless, the customer service at this establishment is worse than exceptionally poor. My husband and I went to see Dave Chapelle at Fiserv and decided to pop over for a cookie beforehand. We waited for SEVEN minutes in the front with not a soul in sight. There was another couple in there who said they were waiting longer. I went to the doorway to the back and asked if they were open (there was no door, just a doorway - where literally FOUR employees were sitting with their backs to the door scrolling TikTok most likely). A female employee scolded me for standing there and said it was for employees only. She then indicated that there was a bell in front for service. ....What in the actually F...?! No apology at all and annoyed to be doing her job.A great idea for a business but extremely poor execution of actually running it. I also fault the owner for not being there to oversee business operations. Clearly, s/he doesn't care and just wants to collect payment for those who continue to patronize - just like the lazy employees who work there. Will not be returning.

I had an online order. I arrived an hour before close, only to find a dark store with chained doors. When I was let inside the employee was rude. Upon opening my box the order was wrong and I had been shorted a cookie, which happened to be the cookie which I paid extra for. Essentially it seems that the cookies were whatever was leftover and thrown in the box. Needless to say I will never purchase from here again.

We just left at around 815 on October 7, 2023. We waited for over a half hour to be told that they are out of cookies. This is after the manager was there for over a half hour watching the lobby fill up on a Saturday night, this is a very poorly RAHN business with employees that stay in the back on their cell phones. I was very disappointed in the manager if you want to have a nice dessert go somewhere else.
