Travis was very considerate and a very hard worker doing a number of different order at once he's a good worker to have.
I placed an order on DoorDash and the driver stole the order & Travis, the young man I spoke with, was extremely helpful by sending out an insomnia driver to deliver another batch of cookies in a timely manner.

Insomnia Cookies offers delicious treats and great service, with employees going above and beyond to satisfy customers. The cookies here are nice and inventive, like the jelly donut cookie which is not too sweet and the double chocolate mint with a balanced mint flavor. Vegan cookies are also really good and individually packaged. While the food is decent, inconsistent closing times and occasional poor customer service can be frustrating. Some staff, like Kristie, provide amazing and helpful service, while others may struggle with explaining deals or maintaining a welcoming environment. More employees are needed to enhance service quality and efficiency.
