I popped in for an iced tea, the barista was quite friendly and needed a few minutes for the tea to steep. It was better than any other unsweetened iced tea I've had. Atmosphere is cool, classic coffee shop.

ordered the oat milk cold brew latte this past saturday and it was DELICIOUS!
was our first visit to interval — the place was clean, the atmosphere was inviting, and our beverage was incredible!
Interval is an exceptional establishment where everything is great! From the moment you step in, you are greeted with impeccable service and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The coffee is top-notch, the food is superb, and the presentation is simply delightful. Each visit leaves you in a fantastic mood.
The specialty drinks and food here are truly incredible. The menu is a masterpiece, where the tastes of various ingredients are expertly blended to create sensational flavor experiences. It’s evident that the owner has put a lot of thought into every detail, resulting in a dining experience like no other. I can confidently say that this is the best place in Milwaukee! Bravo!
What makes Interval even more special is its collaboration with local producers. This commitment to quality shines through in every dish. My salad, for instance, was perfect—freshly picked that very morning. This place is all about love and dedication to great food and service. Highly recommended!

I thought the cashier did a great job on expediting orders but the barista was really not doing a great job. When they prepared an espresso tonic it spilled over and didn't even bother to ask for a replacement. They were totally on autopilot except for when they thought certain customers were attractive. They were not even looking at the drinks they were making and there was a growing line that was wrapping around. My espresso tonic was done well at all. In addition I saw a sandwich that was outside the kitchen ready to be delivered to a customer who was dining in just sit there. It was sitting there for about 15 minutes. The person putting up the dishes kept stopping to check their phone. This place seemed extremely disorganized and I feel bad for the cashier because she was apologetic for the wait her colleagues created.

The strawberry dalgona is basically espresso syrup and not whipped. Also the drink is nothing like the Korean Dalgona Candy either.
