Some of the best corned beef I ever had. The portion size was huge. Couldn't finish the whole sandwich. Then, the catfish filets are big and seasoned well. I made sure to get some hot sauce for it, though. Will return again. 10/10. Great customer service as well.

First off, after ordering, I looked around and pretty dirty from what I could see and I don't wanna know how dirty it is where I couldn't see. Food was okay, I would say it's definitely over rated. I wouldn't recommend this place for $18.43 for one sandwich with a pickle.

Went to Jake's today for a pastrami sandwich. Very tasty: toasted rye bread, brown mustard, and a goodly pile of seasoned meat with tiny, flavorful fat pockets. Also ordered the potato salad, but they were out and subbed an order of less expensive fries. I would've preferred more meat on the sandwich. There weren't many customers inside--kind of odd, I thought, for Friday at noon.

I ordered the corned beef Philly through Grubhub and listen! It’s pretty tasty. They fill your sandwich with sooooo much meat I have two servings! My only changes would be to ask for lean meat and maybe extra spicy mustard. I would rate my experience 8/10. I added hot peppers when I got home which was necessary in my opinion and gave an extra kick. Worth trying again for sure!

Not as good as they use to be. No flavor. And they don’t follow instructions well at all. What happened? Why did the taste change? I asked for lean and it was all fat. I hate the fat texture. It’s so bland. I will stick to McBobs from now on
What I had delivered was inedible. Sandwich was not cut, all I received was a lot of fat, hardly any meat. The bread was soggy. I will never order from there again.

Compare this to my review of Benji's deli. This is what a pastrami sandwich should look like. There's no debate. Jake's is worth the drive.
