Was very uncomfortable going here. I got the impression that the staff here hate customers and don't want to be bothered. Probably because they figure Auntie Anne's and Jamba juice will continue paying them even if they suck at their job. The person who took our order glowered at us the entire time. We arrived over an hour before the closing time on a Saturday, everything was already shut down. The only items available were the pretzels on the warmer that had been sitting out for who knows how long. Tried ordering a juice only to be told they would not make one for us. There's another Jamba juice on the other side of Milwaukee I will try next time instead of this location.

Went in at 9am an hour after then open. They had no pretzels. When I asked how long it’ll take to wait for one they said 10 minutes only to come back after that and say they weren’t making any at that moment. So was extremely annoyed that nothing was prepared. They didn’t have anything at all. No pretzels no hot dogs in a blanket. Nothing.

Their website says they are open at 7am and lets you place pick up orders saying it will be ready at 7:15am but then the store is closed until 8. I obviously couldn’t wait until 8 and was very upset that the online ordering says they were open when they weren’t. I tried calling the phone numbers listed on the website and I never got through. I called corporate NUMEROUS times and they told me a director would reach out to refund me but four days went by and no one ever reached back out. I called again and was told to go to the store to get a refund. I get to the store and the lady working the cash register was very rude telling me she can’t refund me. I wish I could’ve called to get this info but again - their phones don’t work!! I called corporate again and they told me they couldn’t refund me because my bank was already disputing it (which was not true). Will never be going back to Jamba after how frustrating this whole experience was. The phone numbers and hours still haven’t changed on the website despite this.

Have you ever wanted to watch a girl make your smoothie wrong 4 times, drink her own drink, try to go in back for more frozen yogurt? Do you have 30 minutes to kill just for one of your drinks to be wrong anyway?

This is the jamba for you. If you can avoid this location at all costs lol she couldn't even mix the caffeine into the smoothie, it was just plopped on top

Getting let down left &’ right this morning! First I go to the one located on 544 e Ogden ave which who is literally in the same strip market of a pic n save &’ can’t make ANYTHING bc the only thing they had is banana &’ the 2 girls there apparently didn’t think to go get what’s needed to make their menu.! Then I come to this one on Wisconsin that says it’s open &’ yet it’s closed smh!

Love Jamba juice, my go-to stop when I'm in need of a smoothie. Delicious options. Love their bowls as well.

holyyyyyy attitude! The staff better learn some basic customer service skills.To top the attitude issue: me and my party witnessed how one of the staff smelled boba pearls that I have ordered. When I asked if the boba is fresh, she first told me that she doesn't know and then gave me attitude about me being difficult. Boba is usually cooked daily so when I was told boba is 3-5 days old - its hard pass! Plus it looked like it was undercooked and just gross overall.

My order was messed up and when I asked the manager if she could redo it she said no because they were "too busy." She didn't even offer to reimburse me. The staff in general all seemed off and like they didn't want to be there. Much better places to spend your money and there are much better Jamba's out there. Never going back.

I had never tried Jamba before and the employees were all so kind! Great customer service, and I loved my smoothie :)
