My last visit wasn’t as pleasant I would rather have the young lady with the beautiful energy make my requests she brightens my day every time I visit this establishment where is she is there anyway she will be returning I would rather be served by her.I believe her name was Alex is there another location that she is in I recommend her to accommodate and fulfill my needs?

Wednesday, June 2nd, 2023The 2 ladies here were inexperienced and on the phone the whole time and they said they didn't have half the menu :(I used to love coming here but it's been getting worse and worse every time...
Jamba Juice is AMAZING and I highly recommend, they freeze your bowl or smoothie so you can go to Starbucks, come back and have a freshly made bowl or smoothie, I’m a regular and all the employees are so nice, and they make sure to get your order right (no matter how confusing I make it)

The service is incredibly awful here. Every single time I go in and I’m the only one it takes 15-20 minutes to get my smoothie while the employees just chat for 10 minutes then make it.Also the past 3 times my smoothies consistency is more like a juice than a smoothie. Go somewhere else.

Second shift is the worst. They sit around and use profanity and are rude. They claim that they delete reviews hope they don’t delete mine. Watch out for this girl she wears glasses I’m not sure her name but she was very rude to me I don’t even want to go back and I’m a regular.
