I don't like ordering from this store. Something is always messed up, and the ingredients don't taste great. The tomatoes especially are rarely fresh.And it's soo much more expensive than like, a grocery store sandwich. And the grocery store has way better sandwiches.

I placed a catering order at this store to be picked up right before a party I was hosting. The order had not even been started when I arrived 5 minutes after the pick up time, making me late for my own party. The staff was rude and unsympathetic for the mistake. This store is unreliable for catering needs.

Concerns Buffalo Grove Illinois Store - I wish that I could say this is the first time it has happened, but unfortunately, it is nearly every time. I ordered through the app (45 minute delay), arrived at the store a little early with a line of about seven customers. At my order time (1:04), I asked and the manager said I was next. In the meantime over the next almost 20 minutes, at least 10 more people came in, ordered, got their sandwich and left, while I even got to watch my sandwich be moved around while these people got theirs. One woman who ordered just before me, got her sandwich, left ordered again because she forgot something and go her sandwich. She even commented that she could not believe the I was still there. Finally, they bagged up my sandwich and it sat on the counter for another 5 minutes while the cashier rang up other people and did other things. At least 5 others were behind me and noted the same. By that time, my sandwich was stale, soggy, and completely a waste of money. We all agreed that this was the final straw as we have had similar experiences for months (my longest wait at the store after order time was 45 minutes in May of this year). It is too bad, because I really like your sandwich, otherwise I would not have put up with it for so long. I am also emailing Firehouse subs and asking them to open a store in our area along with my friends, because we tired of the poor service and incompetent management.

Worst experience I've had at this location. Two employees working the counter had the worst attitudes. I asked for a refund, and the other Customer canceled his transaction.

The manager is awful. (She's the overweight caucasian lady) and she was so rude for no reason I told her twice I wanted white bread she still gave them Parm... I asked for a club supreme and they made a regular club... When I told her that's not what I asked for she acted as if she didn't care. Was my first time at this location and I'll never go back. Horrible service ?

Messed up my order once, and I let it go because it was my first time there, second time there was some girl in pigtails giving a very nasty attitude. I used to work in food service so I try not to be a pain to any service workers but trying to force me into a position where I seem like an annoying customer is a bit much. I get that you clearly hate your job but after I asked for one thing not to be put on my sub you snapped at me that you weren’t talking to me. You went out of your way to charge me for extra cheese that wasn’t on my sub and put the one thing I asked not to be on there on my sub. Waste of money. I’ll just go to Noodle and Company instead because this place is a joke.

The worst customer service from the manager. My elderly, disabled aunt and I stopped in before we needed to head to her Dr appts. She ordered a Philly cheese steak but confused the number for the order and order the chicken. They made her a chicken Philly, when she apologized and explained her mistake we received the rudest response. They snatched the sandwich from her hand and said “I guess we will throw this one away” and then the manager handed the new one over and my aunt sweetly thanked her and apologized again and to my shock the manager didn’t even acknowledge or respond to what she had just said. Even despite this mistake was on our end, we will never go back they based on the way the customer service was handled. My aunt requested this place and as it was never my first choice, I agreed since she’s not had much of an appetite. We left there and she felt incredibly guilty over a simple mistake because of the behavior of these employees. I’m incredibly disappoint by the staff at this location. Jimmy johns is much nicer and just across the street. Spend your time and money else where.
