Long time customer yesterday I order some food long Jhon no tomato lettuce mayo and cheese no tomato they send me some weird sandwich I told the driver this is not what I order he take payment and told me call the store they make it again for u I call they told me at the store I have to pay again for my sandwich waste off money and a hour off lunch

Whichever neck-bearded man-child is making food here and immediately getting defensive and hanging up on customers when told he made it wrong needs therapy. I called to get it remade and was immediately told he didn’t believe me because he made it himself and hung up on me when I asked him to clarify himself. I get that it was busy like he said but don’t make your mistake my problem lmao. This ended up with dude screeching into the phone “you’re not getting your sandwich today” like what movie set is this man on lmao. Still haven’t gotten my refund.

Edit: this is the same store that adjusted their cc tip after I already have them a cash tip and I didn’t even say anything about that. Literally just wanted my right sandwich and I wanted the person on the other end of the phone to not talk down to me when I was telling him that he messed up lmao.

Always forgets any ad ons that dont automatically come with the sandwich. Multiple times, I have had to bike back after paying for delivery, to get my missing items. Only for a stoned cashier making snarky comments at me. I order a slim sub, which normally has the bread left in, but they take it out every time almost in spite. Even if I ask them to leave the bread in. Someone get this place some new employees, that are grateful to have a job in this economy

Got Jimmy John’s delivered.. well sort of. It was delivered to the wrong apartment complex. Had a blast walking around in the middle of the night to neighboring apartments to see if it was dropped off there.Eventually found my food down the street..Kinda defeats the purpose of delivery if you have to walk half the distance to the neighborhood to find your food.Our chips had a big hole in the bag so that’s cool.And our subs weren’t cut, like we asked for; which wouldn’t be a huge deal in itself but I’m grumpy now >:(
