Always forgets any ad ons that dont automatically come with the sandwich. Multiple times, I have had to bike back after paying for delivery, to get my missing items. Only for a stoned cashier making snarky comments at me. I order a slim sub, which normally has the bread left in, but they take it out every time almost in spite. Even if I ask them to leave the bread in. Someone get this place some new employees, that are grateful to have a job in this economy

Got Jimmy John’s delivered.. well sort of. It was delivered to the wrong apartment complex. Had a blast walking around in the middle of the night to neighboring apartments to see if it was dropped off there.Eventually found my food down the street..Kinda defeats the purpose of delivery if you have to walk half the distance to the neighborhood to find your food.Our chips had a big hole in the bag so that’s cool.And our subs weren’t cut, like we asked for; which wouldn’t be a huge deal in itself but I’m grumpy now >:(

My sweet mother went to this location when we were busy packing up for a long roadtrip and these workers and especially the manager were literally atrocious. The Jimmy Johns staff didn’t label any of the sandwiches on the wrapper and when asked which were which caught an attitude and begrudgingly remade them and then made it wrong… twice and were more and more rude when confronted with this. The useless manager sat in the back shooting daggers instead of doing literally anything. I’m sure one of your other workers who is more qualified for a leadership position would love a promotion to manger.
Since they are one of the only places open late night I end up coming here a lot after work, however in my adult life I’ve only got food poisoning twice and both times it’s been from here eating the Bootlegger sub. Real unfortunate because I really enjoy the food normally but after being sick all of yesterday I think I may have to go elsewhere for the time being

I can not lift anything especially using a cane. On every order I put the same directions; ring bell, I’ll let you in, WALK TO UNIT #103. Tonight I’m in a 3 day fibromyalgia flair and I finally felt like eating. He rings my bell and I’m waiting at my door for several minutes. Nothing. I have to bother my neighbor to go downstairs to get my delivery. I hope you guys ARE in my position someday, I hope your family is and I pray people treat them like your drivers have treated me.

First time ordering and it took 35 min to get my order plus they forgot to add the chips. The sandwich itself was super thin, where I have had it packed before. Good thing I didn't request chips with an additional charge, I wouldn't have gotten them.

i’m a vegetarian. I asked for the veggie. asked for no avocado sauce, extra mayo, and for it to not be prepared by someone who’s making meat sandwiches. the guy at the front told one of the sandwich makers not to let her coworker touch it. and she took it the wrong way. i intervened and said i’m a strict vegetarian, i can’t have any cross contamination. they then proceeded to get the order wrong. they call out my sandwich but with no cheese. i never asked for that. i’m not vegan. so i didn’t move, the worker makes eye contact and tells “your sandwich is ready ?” i said i never asked for no cheese. she took the sandwich back with an attitude. while i watched them talk about me amongst themselves like i was a bother. they added cheese and i left, no “thank you have a nice day” or anything. I’m trying to eat my sandwich now, to discover they added the avocado sauce anyway and never even cut it. i’ve been here to this location a few times and i’ve never had a bad experience. but i will not be coming back here again since i was such a bother. ?
