No one answered at the drive through after waiting about 7 minutes for service, so we drove up to the window where one employee was on her phone in the back and two employees were just standing at the window. No one greeted us for another 5 min!! Then after blowing the horn, one employee says everyone was too busy to assist us smh. Afterwards he asked if we wanted to place an order...which we definitely didn’t anymore. Terrible customer service!

I have waited 30 minutes for some chicken. The young girl ask what did I order. They should that the chicken wasn’t ready and I could have went somewhere else. I will never visit kfc on 60 and fond du lac Milwaukee. I will complain to head office as well.
