I placed an online order to pick up my food and associates in the store refused to acknowledge my presence. The food sat for 24 minutes because the six employees walking around could only pay attention to the one car in the drive through.

I paid $26. For 2 small fries a small coleslaw 3 buiscuts 1 chicken bowl. Missing the free 8 piece bucket of chicken. Missing the mashed potatoes and gravy. The fries are old cooked in old oil. Biscuits are not cooked raw inside. Everything I s DISCUSTING. I will never order from you again.

We were very disappointed we waited almost an hour for a small 8 PC chicken tender order. If I would have known this place is so short handed I would have never gone there. When this happens the customer should get something for their wait. Never again will I step foot in this establishment and I will be sure to share my experience with friends and family. Corn was cold and no gravy on potatoes.
