I got a chicken sandwich meal with Mac and cheese And they didn't put a utensil in the bag for me to eat the mac and cheese with! The sandwich was cold! When I called about the fact that there was no fork or spork in my bag I was not offered an apology. Just asked if I wanted to drive back there to get one! As if food isn't already expensive, gas is expensive. The least you could do is apologize for failing to do your job correctly! Luckily I had one in my car! No, you're not paid enough for your job but that's not my fault!

This place is always out of food. Crazy considering they’re right down the street from the airport in a busy area. Maybe the franchise owner should sell so someone else can take over and do better. Ridiculous how they’re still open. Terrible management/ownership.

I love KFC but this location is absolutely horrible!! I'm not sure how they even stay open! They are always out of food. The customer service is sub-par at best. I just waited 25 mins for 2 famous bowls & 2 chicken littles (since they were out of everything else) just for the food to be cold when I got it.They also didnt make the bowls with chicken nuggets they ripped up one tender for both bowls. I would highly never recommend this location!!

I didn’t get the order I paid for. Gentlemen I spoke with informed me they’re closed and I can get my cole slaw tomorrow lol! It’s absolutely ridiculous. When I pay money I have an expectation to receive what I pay for. Is that unreasonable lol? I didn’t pay for an order tomorrow, I paid for tonight. Make it right thx

This location has the worst customer service. I went thru the drive thru around 6pm. (I understand that this time frame is during a dinner rush) the employee just says an you come in.. we are really busy. This is the second time this has happen to me at this location. Will never go back

I just had the back by popular demand spice wings and mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese & I was taken back they have new management who is is finally getting the job done right the first time.

Me and my grandparents order online and when I got to the store they told me they don't have any famous bowls as they don't have containers for them. Me and my family were pissed but not only because of them not having the bowls but because they all they told us to do was call the number and cacual no actual trying to help us l. If you can't make something then don't let it be order online and have to wait forever to get your money back
If I could of given zero stars I would have. My mother-in-law went to go get food. Corn was old, looked like it has been sitting there for days. Very dull yellow color. Biscuits were raw. Some of the chicken wasn't fully cooked. I mean really??? How do they even stay open? Flat out the most disgusting experience of our lives. I wish I could post pics of the nasty food we got. But for some reason I can't.

If I could have given no stars and just a review I would. This place is beyond ridiculous. We havent had KFC at this location in quite some time and now I remember why. We figured we'd give it another go around. Well for starters when we walked in the door we waited for almost 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. Then as we are ordering the cashier was bouncing around like she was on drugs. We get our drink cup and go to fill it..no ice. The soda machine was so dirty and hadn't been clean in how long it actually smelled of fermented sugar. We waiting 20 min for our small order. The food was over cooked and yet not hot. I will never give this store another chance ever again. Maybe its time to hang it up and close this one down. Just an idea.

Says they are open until 9 on Sunday, but they just watched from the window 10 minutes to 9. Can’t say how the food was, but apparently they don’t want customers. Weeds in the parking lot. It’s so close to the airport you’d think they’d care a bit more.

If you're looking for a great deal, warm food, and respectful service, you're best to go somewhere else. I placed an online order to pick up my food and associates in the store refused to acknowledge my presence. The food sat for 24 minutes because the six employees walking around could only pay attention to the one car in the drive through.
