The Volcanez are THE BEST al pastor dish in Wisconsin! I know that’s a bold statement, a taste of these will easily back me up.We live in Madison but happily drive to La Guelaguetza truck when we’re craving al pastor.Everything else we’ve tried was on point too. I had a rough day and was missing home (Los Angeles ) and this just turned my whole night around. I’ll actually get work done now. Seriously best tacos in the Midwest. And so affordable for what you get !!! Will be coming back.
Ever think about going to a bar and then get to the bar and say...dang I wish there was a taco truck near by? Well that's what we did lol and we found this perfection on wheels, the food was great and the veggies were some of the freshest I've had and they even gave me some aluminum to take home as much as I can fit in it!! It was soo great!
