Went here for breakfast with some friends who were visiting from out of town and wanted to try a new spot. It’s in my neighborhood, but I had never been so we gave it a shot. I ordered the Mexican Skillet, and it was definitely the right choice. The food was good and reasonably priced, service was quick, and we all left satisfied. That’s everything you want in a solid breakfast joint.
Great food but the last 4 times I went I ordered the same thing and everytime the price was completely different and one of the occasions their math was off and overcharged me $5 like they thought I wasn't going to leave a tip
Hidden gem! Great service and great prices.
Update 10/2024 this place continues to be consistently the best breakfast in the city. All the American Diner staples and their specials are 10/10 try the chilaquiles
