I order delivery and they brought it to my room at the Marriott residence….it tasted fine ….but considering I tipped him 10 bucks and it took an hour and half I figured it would be hot. Cold pizza for what was 40 bucks ….not cool

Epic fail. You have an unhappy customer and you walk away. Someone got our bill and got lucky with a bill at half the price. $3.50 for each topping for a large pizza. That’s a joke. I didn’t get 1/3 of a green pepper. I have to listen to you telling me you need to pay bills. Rude. Maybe your mom and dad who purchased the business for you kids to run should teach you manners and graciousness.

New ownership has resulted in changes that I'm a little bummed about. Used to be my favorite restaurant bar none, but the new menu is much reduced in variety. Used to love the double crust pizza, but I understand it's probably a niche item. The recipe for the mozz stick dipping sauce has also changed for the worse.
Hoping the standard pizza sauce is still the same. Tried the Detroit style pizza, but not my cup of tea. I guess I just loved Lisa's as it was.
Always said when your favorite food changes, admittedly subjectively, for the worse.

This review has been a year in the making! First Lisa's I think you have delicious food but I cannot get my order for delivery on time nor my food fresh and hot! Last year it took 3 hours to get my order tonite a little over an hour when quoted 30 minutes (I already knew this was not feasible). Tonite did not go without incident the delivery driver fell trying to go from the car to the curb (I do hope he is alright) however he did have our pizza in hand when this happened (as long as he is okay I do not mind receiving a beaten up pizza). However, my qualm is with the wait time to get through to the restaurant 9 minutes or more while trying to report to the restaurant their driver may not be okay and to check in on him!
Wow… I understand you need to raise the prices since you are new owners. But $41.08 for a pizza is ridiculous. I will never order again. It looks the same but doesn’t taste the same. Very heavy on the fennel. Almost inedible. Well you are losing an old customer but I hope you gain new one. Not the pizza place for me anymore.
