absolute chaos. I'm a delivery driver and waited over 40 minutes for an order amid a dozen other drivers and customers packed like sardines in the store. half the time, they're closed in the evening. I will never come here again for any food OR deliveries, and all other delivery drivers should blacklist this place too. profound mismanagement.

This location is despicable to say the least!!! I honestly can’t believe this establishment is still running under the management that they have!! Always a LONG line of people, you waiting 2 hrs plus for your food not to mention the employees look dirty and are rude!! There’s trash everywhere outside always!!! Please get some management that actually cares how their place of business is being ran because this is out right horrible!!!

How is this place still open? I ultimately lost my money. Look at the picture. I ordered and paid online. It said 1 hour wait. Fine. I did some shopping and headed to pick up my order 55 mins later. When i got to the restaurant i saw it was packed, i checked my app and noticed that my order wasn't even started.??‍♂️ I waited an extra 20 mins in the car. And nothing changed. I tried to cancel the order just to find out that i had to call customer service. But customer service was closed. So i just left and then 20 minutes later i checked the app and it said it was in the oven almost 2 hours later?!!! So i headed back to the restaurant. And it was still packed with the same people. After 30 minutes. I finally was able to get the girl's attention and asked about my order and she saw my app and said it was still in the oven because they never updated the status so she had no idea. My order was still in the oven an hour later???! I waited until 8.PM listening to everyone complaining about the service. Still nothing changed so i left. I decided to check the app again at 9, because they close at 9 pm And at 8:53 pm it said they packed up the order. 8:54 pm it's ready. And at 8:55. I supposedly got it. ??‍♂️. I left at 8, they never made the order and lied about it. Almost 4 hours for a pizza. How can you lie when your own app shows this. I should have known better when I walked in and saw a bunch of young girls listening to ratchet rap working behind the counter. And as I read through the reviews just to find out that this is common for this restaurant location. A lot of people complain about the service. If I would have known that it was a bunch of girls working there I would have never ordered. It's like they don't care. They weren't rude, they just seemed lost. Whenever there is simply men in the store, the places run great. Soon as they add the young hair hat wearing girls. It's all chaos. No wonder you see so many videos of people fighting in these restaurants. This place doesn't even deserve one star. I hope I can get my money back in the morning, and they don't give me the runaround. That picture should speak for itself.Edit: after trying to reach customer service for a few days. They never answered the call or responded to my email. So i lost my money. Moral of the story. If you cant pay at the store. Find a different place to eat. This is pathetic.

Absolutely horrible wait times. Came in to pick up an order after waiting an hour I had to get a refund and leave. I don't recommend at all. It's ran by unprofessional children and they are unsanitary.

The Lightning Hour

If you want food from this place you better have some patience. I had to wait two and half hours for my food! Absolutely ridiculous service. The food was excellent but that was the best part. The restaurant had people waiting for their food. Unbelievable experience and I will never order from them again. I love Little Ceasrs. But this place should be closed. When you want a pizza you should be able to get it quickly! Not wait nearly two hours for your pizza. Worst experience ever through DoorDash. They did refund it however. Just appalling that a pizza company like this can exist. I’m the last person to leave negative reviews. If want to order pizza order something else.

It was super busy and the workers were all doing as much as they could. I only gave one star for atmosphere because of the customers. Because one customer in particular was out to get me seemed like lol but it was real rude to me and I just ignored him and carried on.

I placed an online order today. ( March 20th) When I got there to pick it up the lobby was full of other customers. The customers told me to just leave because the store was out of almost everything. The guy working behind the counter handled the situation very very well!! He stayed calm even after having customers swear and yell at him. I was extremely impressed with how well he handled a difficult situation. Well done!!

Ordering online time frame are as follows your told 1 hrs make it 2, 1 1/2 hrs make that 3. We stood in line watched a customer receive a corrected order while we were still waiting and was told after waiting 30 mins for a pizza ordered 2 hrs prior that it was just going in. Never again. No hot and ready pizzas and the staff were running around just as confused as the customers. They have the online order pick up sign at the end of the counter but you actually use the 1st two windows. Completely no organization at all.Parking: Park in the lot at your own risk as it gets packed because it's so small.

Apart from waiting 2hrs for my food to get delivered I had missing items and the food was nasty over cooked and just plain nasty my family still ate it of course they were hungry and I spent hella money so yes of course they ate but this is wrong people tend to forget they also eat and order food for them and they family and expect the food to be top quality ??‍♀️

Horrible! I ordered via the app and went to the store at the recommended time and was unable to get my food. The representative stated that I couldn't get my food if my name wasn't on the web receipt. I showed the email receipt and my little ceasers app receipt and was denied the order that I placed and paid for.
