This was horrible, we ordered our food at 4:30 through door dash and waited two hours. Thinking it was possibly an issue with doordash, we went to the location instead. We ordered our food at 6:30 and didn't get our food until 7:45. One of the employees laughed when someone complained. We could not get anyone's attention for thirty minutes straight. Genuinely awful, do not ever order from this location.
Genuinely worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. One guy was taking orders and then just left, and zero people were at the counter for 30minutes. Meanwhile my food was ready, marked ready on the website. The only reason I finally got my food (an hour later) was because I was basically yelling my name through the glass. Never go here, absolutely terrible.
Waited like 3 hours for my food bruh and nothing this place sucks never order from here on fanum I wish I could give it 0 stars

Little Caesars Pizza is a bustling restaurant that often experiences high customer traffic. The staff works diligently to handle the demand, though the atmosphere can be affected by some impatient or rude customers. The online ordering system can be hit-or-miss, with occasional delays or out-of-stock items, which may lead to frustrating experiences. One customer mentioned that after ordering online for a 2pm pickup, they waited over 45 minutes in a hot waiting area. Despite these challenges, employees remain professional and accommodating even in difficult situations. Some customers have noted that food can be delicious, with one mentioning a stuffed crust pizza that was great, while others expressed disappointment over their orders, like a thin crust with light sauce that tasted dry. Parking is available both in the shared lot and on the street, and one reviewer even complimented the security of the location, likening it to a bank, praising the workers for their good attitude.
