This is a fairly small space and things are cozy, but the ambiance is wonderful ?. Low key but very detailed, I found myself walking (carefully) around and looking at the details. We ordered small plates as appetizers, and they were fantastic and arrived quickly. The large plates took a fair bit longer to arrive, but all of us cleaned our plates. Seriously, my tiny sister actually scraped her plate clean with her fork and knife. Overall, this was a very nice experience. Prices for food were pretty high, though cocktail prices were a good deal.Vegetarian options: Butternut squash small plate was insanely delicious

Went there on a Friday. Bartender was very rude. Extremely unprofessional. Followed me out of the bar.

We had a party here with 50+ people, it was the perfect venue! Our bartender Miles was amazing, the drinks were great, and the back patio was the perfect way to end the night!

Overall thought the place looked fun and festive but the issue was the over priced drinks that were 99% ice and not filled fully. The drinks were also more for shock value than taste and were not that good. Tried a few of the different drinks and none were stand out as great theme drinks, one is alcoholic eggnog (can pick up a litter at Cost Co for $10) and m&ms. Interesting place for a drink but really no desire to go back

This is a small cocktail bar, so don't be surprised if you don't get a seat on the weekends, especially during happy hour! Happy hour is 4-6pm and it's half off their specialty house cocktails or draft beer. Our group liked the Wisconsin old fashioned and the negroni spritz the best. The bartender did a good job by herself when it was extremely busy. My only complaint is the music was too loud, we could barely hear each other talk.

Lost Whale is a neat little spot with vintage flair and top notch drinks to select from. They do a great job engaging guests with a variety of events throughout the year. Bartenders are great and skilled at making anything. If you go, be sure to ready to stand around before finding a seat. My only complaint about Lost Whale is the musty aroma that inhabits the interior. I'd opt for the patio out back if the weather cooperates!
