Been a few times and service is always average at best but usually substandard. Shame because the food is really good. I recommend they hire some adults rather than social media distracted hungover college kids just looking for some quick drinking money.

Came into the restaurant around 1:30PM on a Saturday. Literally only one other table with guests who had already received their food, rest of the restaurant was empty. We were seated, told to scan the QR code for a menu - all is well. But 10 minutes goes by, 15, then 20. Server never stopped by the table, even though it was essentially just us and the the two servers in the whole restaurant. My wife and I kept trying to catch the server's eyes as they wandered around around, and they seemed determined to avoid our eye contact. Never offered any drinks, never took our order, or shared any reason for a delay. After about 25 minutes we just decided to get up and leave. Wouldn't know if the food is good as we weren't even offered the chance to try. Weirdest restaurant experience I've had in awhile, wouldn't recommend it if you are hungry.

Reviewing Google pictures before making my choice to try out this place I assumed there would be complimentary side dishes served like many other Korean restaurants. I was definitely fooled.I started with the Beef King Dumpling as an appetizer and ordered the Spicy Squid Pork Belly as the main. The flavors were amazing and I was very pleased.Taking one star off because of the deceiving Google image.

Sweet and Spicy Dumplings were the best we have ever tried. Servers and hosts were welcoming. Everything we tried was so yummy. Definitely going back. Awesome atmosphere for a date night or nice dinner out with friends.
No. Absolutely not. I ordered kimchi and a lettuce wrap. These people sent me the most bitter kimchi, and a to go box with 7 pieces of lettuce and some sauce! At first I thought it was a deconstructed lettuce wrap, but no! It was just plain lettuce! When I called; the dude nonchalantly told me that it was supposed to be “complimentary” for people who order entrees so they can pick up some meat and put it in the lettuce. The description on postmates does not indicate this. It just says ”lettuce wrap. $7” I asked him “why is it $7 if it’s complimentary.” “Well not complimentary like free, but complimentary. You know what I mean?” I think he meant it’s supposed to be served as an “accompaniment.” ? I say to the man on the phone “what should I do? I’m not about to just eat lettuce. I expected a wrap - like a sandwich with some vegetables and stuff for $7.” “is this your first time ordering? I can see how you’d think that” “yeah so what can I do?” “Well we can’t give out refunds.” ?. Guys. They just charged me $7 - the price of two to three heads of Romaine lettuce for 7 leaves and some sauce. And then are just like “oh well.” ? Even if I had an entree that would be a wholly unacceptable price for lettuce. The real issue here is the terrible description on postmates for this lettuce wrap. I mean they couldn’t have just wrote “extra lettuce for entree w/ dipping sauce” instead of stupidly or lazily writing “lettuce wrap set??” ?? Had this guy on the phone, or a manager simply said “oh sorry for the confusion let us give you a voucher” or “come over later and get 10% off on a ramen” or ANYTHING like that at all I wouldn’t be here on google writing a scathing review of this hole in the wall now would I? per this interaction I can see that this dump has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and retention skill. Now they have no me because I will not spend my money here ever again. I could have purchased 3 whole heads of lettuce with that money!!

The food was so good. Super flavorful and fast, friendly service. We came in around 1:15pm and they close at 2. They got all 3 of us served and fed very quickly. We left right about 2pm. Great flavors!!!Food was about $20 a person. Our bill was not over $70 for 3 people.

Foods were mostly spot on but for the ones that weren't, it seems like they were charging a lot for no flavor and not enough ingredients. 7/10.When we entered, we were seated but it's our first time being there and they must've assumed we've been there before so they never told us we have to scan the barcode for the menu. On top of that, our table didn't even have a barcode so we were just waiting like idiots for some time before I noticed it on another table.The servers didn't pay enough attention because we ran out of water for quite a while before I had to wave them down.Sorry to say but I will not be going there again.
