Was excited to try this place after seeing the reviews, so ordered the Al pastor burrito and birria taco thought Grubhub at work. When I received my order I honestly called them because I thought there was a mistake and I was given a ground beef burrito. Turns out they don’t serve ground beef - they claimed the mystery meat was indeed their al pastor. Birria taco was okay - much better options around town. Do not recommend.

Hands down best tacos in Milwaukee. They've gotten smaller over the years, but still worth it.

Food truck, stay away you’ve been warned. Tiny tiny bland cold tacos.I get it you want to ripoff the GRINGOS. But man the least you can do is warm up the food and make it tasty!!! All these great reviews about the tacos have never had a good taco.

I try to avoid negative reviews but this is pretty significantly subpar. The taco I had was decent but for 3 dollars I got about 2 and a half bites. The burrito was quite bad. The beans were very undercooked, the meat was tough, the tortilla was dry and stiff enough that it was difficult to chew through. The flavor was about as bland as it gets. I’ve had food many times better for 50% less money. Avoid if possible.

These are our favorite tacos around. The quality is just superb! They are so fresh and delicious. It's usually pretty fast to get your order too. I usually eat about 3 tacos and my husband needs 4 or 5 as they are on the smaller side. But each bite is packed with deliciousness.

Mazorca Tacos is a food truck located at the Zocalo Food Truck Park. I've been here a few times, and each time I come I eat tacos, despite the fact there are other food trucks with food I will eventually try. : ) Each time I've been, there was a small line. The tacos here are full of flavor and fresh-tasting, each time I've visited. They are served on small corn tortillas. They are only about $3 each, with a vegetarian option also. I usually eat 2 or 3 but others would need more. I've tried the Al Pastor, Bistec, and the Chicken. You can grab a beer at the tavern or try one of Zocalo's offerings, such as Topo Chico or Coke in a glass bottle. Once you get your food, you grab a picnic table to eat. When I was there a few days ago, they had covered picnic tables, which can be reserved in advance. Otherwise, the tables are first come, first served. There are other food places at Zocalo to try. This is one of my go-tos for tacos. A friend was coming to visit Milwaukee form Chicago and asked me for some reasonably-priced places to eat. Guess what I recommended? This place. : )

Stationed at Zocalo food park, Mazorca Tacos made it into our epic quest to find the best consume in the city. Service was freaky fast. However, if you order online and you already checked in but your order isn't up yet, let them know that you are there in person, too. They tend to be busy and can forget to check the online orders consistently.Anyway, back to the food....We only ordered 1 order of the birria tacos. They were advertised to come with consume, but they don't. No extra juice on the side. :( HOWEVER, they load the tacos wet - they don't let the meat drip dry, they just slap it into the tortilla so you do actually get quite a deliciously succulent bite of birria beef drenched in consume. I really loved the tomato "comsume" they served with the tacos and I really liked that they added pickled red onion, which isn't perfectly traditional, but it's so tasty!

These were some of the best tacos I ever had, including the places in Mexico City I stuffed my face at. They're not large, $3.00 each, but all of them pack a punch of flavor. I could eat thirty of them at one seating. You will not be disappointed, and we did take out, munching on these tacos 30 minutes after we picked them up. They were still delicious.

The location is very nice, the hot salsa was hot! I recommend the Birria tacos. The tortillas are handmade. But I would’ve liked to have the double tortillas as I’m used to having them for street tacos. We love and support local street vendors! ?

Had an assortment of tacos from the food truck. The Bistec taco wasn’t very flavorful and since they only had red sauce, I requested mild sauce. There wasn’t much of a kick or wow factor in these tacos. I had requested a green sauce, but they didn’t have it. Usually establishment provides an assortment of sauces with tacos-for my five taco-I only got one container/ one flavor. Also ordered 3 Al Pastor tacos-interesting that the taco had beans on it, again, not very flavorful. I saved a taco for the next morning, hoping that all the spices and seasoning had time to blend more and it was still a little flat for my taste. All in all, the meal was hearty, but it didn’t tingle my taste buds. This area has many food trucks - I will of course make my rounds. Looking forward to visiting the pizza truck and hunting down which truck has those delicious looking hot wings someone posted in Zocale.
