The Guava and cream cheese bagel is super good! The service was great and totally worth the wait! Best bagel I have had in Wisconsin! Keep up the great work!

Ruby’s Bagels at Zócalo serves the best bagel many have ever had, with one customer calling it the best bagel outside of New Jersey. The BEC on Rosemary and Sea Salt is absolutely amazing, and the cream cheese is very good quality, especially with the salmon in the lox bagel. The bagels can be very, very chewy and hard to bite into later in the day, and some find it pricey. The quality of both the food and service never disappoints, and everything from the menu always hits the spot. Customers are glad online orders are available during the week for easy pickup. Ruby’s is a favorite bagel in Milwaukee, worth the wait any day of the week.
