Was at McDonald’s last week and my burger wasn’t fully cooked. Was fully disgusted. Talked to the manager and they said that they’ll refund my $$$ and they haven’t till this day.
Drive through guy at 4pm every weekday is terrible. Doesn't talk to the customer, doesn't greet them, doesn't say anything when he hands the food to you, and will hand you the wrong food, which would be preventable- IF HE TALKED TO YOU.
And yes, he knows how to talk- he just chooses to save it for his coworkers.
And after you wait five minutes for a McChicken, he will not apologize for the wait, not will he say have a nice day.. and if you tell him to have a nice...read full review
I live around the corner from this McDonalds location 6 years. I have three children so I’m usually there at least once or twice a week UNTIL recently. I now take my business to a different location and waste the extra gas to just avoid 5890 S 27th street location. I was there a few days ago and sat in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes after they asked me to pull up to the last window. I pull up with my phone out ready to scan a coupon on my McD.
