They always claim that their shake machine is down which I know is not true they just didn't feel like putting the mix in or whatever and they they're slow the food is not that good
Great service when face to face, employees cuss alot of times. Food is never in a timely manner(always have to pull forward and wait). Order is always wrong and Always miss an item that was ordered extra.
Pulled up to drive thru and gave them my order which included some alterations. Service drive girl was very helpful, kind, patient and personable. Pulled up to pay and pick up order and was helped quickly and politely.
