We stopped in to get fries, I'm was ready for the usual McDonald's staff nastiness but when I tell you Theo was on point, fresh hot fries with a smile & great customer service. We had just left a funeral burying a loved one & he made our day! Told you Theo! I was gone shout u out! Great Customer Service need to be acknowledged as well!
After my son was missing some items I went back through the drive through. The manager was very pleasant as was the cashier in helping with replacing that were missing. Thanks for the great service!
The young man named “Q” he works 3rd shift & his customer service was so good!!! He deserves a raise! I usually have to drag a ho through the window at this location but I didn’t because guess what? He was respectful, did his job right, literally nothing else to be said yall get the picture.
