If I could give a NEGATIVE star…I would. Very disappointed. This McDonald’s claimed the inside closed at 9:30 PM, but when I arrived around 7 PM it was already shut down. The workers were inside on their phones with the manager, clearly not interested in helping customers or doing their jobs. It came off as lazy and unmotivated, with no effort to serve anyone or explain what was going on. If you’re going to close early, at least be honest and professional about it. Definitely a frustrating experience.

No soda fountain access. No ketchup or straw access. You will need to ask for all your items. Pretty cool and laid back everyone is talking amongst themselves. I ordered a large strawberry banana shake large fry and fish sandwich. I always get the fish sandwich it's always so good. I was actually surprised to notice that they filled up my shake and my fries were delicious. Staff was very helpful he brought us extra napkins and brought us ketchup. I do believe that the price could be a little bit lower. I don't like that you have to pay a little extra for a larger drink or if you're getting a medium you should be able to add a large drink. If you buy a medium meal you will get a medium drink. You should always be able to upgrade boys downgrade your drinks

Not enough seating one hand dryer is right next to the urinal unsanitary but the employee that brought out my food was really nice the food was good just tasted a little too salty

Order taker didn't want to take my order because breakfast was almost over and other people needed to order, she said. I had ordered hotcakes on the app and wanted to order a hashbrown at the speaker. She added the hasbrown after some back and forth. Then walked away from the window when I got to it to pay. Icing on this poor experience - the store was out of syrup for hotcakes, so I had a super dry and bitter breakfast.

One star, and that’s because zero stars isn’t an option.

McDonald’s on 9th and North, please gather ’round because we need a family meeting. I waited FIFTEEN minutes for the wrong meal. Fine. Mistakes happen, right? But then I realized they didn’t give me all my change. It was literally a penny, and I’m not mad about the penny… it’s the PRINCIPLE. My dollar menu patience only stretches so far.

So I let them know, and the young lady snatches the bag like I messed up HER day. Then guess what? I wait ANOTHER 10 minutes just for her to bring the SAME bag back with ONLY the sandwich inside. No hash brown, no apology, not even a fake smile. I’m yelling “Ma’am!” She’s ignoring me like I’m invisible, so now I’m getting out the car because the Holy Spirit was holding me back and barely winning.

She hands me ANOTHER bag… with JUST the hash brown. Sis. We could have solved this in one trip. I get all the way to work, open my food… WRONG sandwich AGAIN.

I’m convinced this location is running a social experiment to test human patience and I failed. Miserably.

McDonald’s on 9th and North, please get it together. It’s not that hard. Read the order. Put the food in the bag. Give the correct change. Boom. Success. Until then, I’ll be going to literally ANY OTHER McDonald’s on planet Earth.
