went inside restaurant and ordered chicken sandwich and hamburger to go ,the staff made me wait 1/2 hour for my food ,they prepared all uber eats or grub hub meals first , serviced all drive thru customers , when I finally asked where the food I ordered was and the amount of time I've waited ,staff told me I didn't have to come to this restaurant, that's right I don't have to go to McDonalds , thanks for the tip Apparently McDonalds has lost its focus on customer service and if this is how you train your workers to treat the customers good luck in the future . don't worry Culver's will be more then happy to sell me food. this happened at 8pm , the restaurant was not that busy,

The lady taking orders is super rude. She never lets me add things to my food order and says that this is a privately run McDonald’s so they can make their own decisions. She never gives me the discounts from the food App either when it malfunctions. Ironically, it only breaks down whenever I come to this location.

The service is horrible especially the ones working the second window nothing but rude, who ever took the order just said to pull-up to the second window so I wasn’t given a receipt no receipt no survey

What had happened to the golden arches??? Cause now the cost 24.95 fit a bic mac meal.
I was going to do a survey but I couldn’t because for some reason looks like they did something to the printer to have the printer cut off the survey receipt codes to do the survey. Food was actually hot and good but couldn’t do the survey online for that purpose. Maybe a tape or something preventing it from printing out the receipt correctly since it starts at the top straight to the bottom.

They take a long time and give a terrible service, it took 10 minutes to take my order, I only ordered 2 frappes and 3 cookies, it took 15 minutes and through the window it was seen that they were doing nothing.
