It was early New Years Eve night, but all things considered it was very good. However, our waitress seemed to be new to fine dining serving but she was otherwise very nice. The food was above average. I especially like the beef carpaccio and crab cakes. They also have a very nice wine selection and have some very nice craft cocktails.
We had an excellent dining experience at Milwaukee ChopHouse. I ordered the New York strip and it was cooked perfectly with great flavor and a beautiful sear. Angelica had the center cut filet which was incredibly tender buttery and seasoned just right. We started with the Wagyu beef carpaccio and it was outstanding fresh rich and well balanced with the accompaniments.
