Mitchell's has been a Bar from the Stone Ages. They have 2 Kick A** car shows but the normality of Mitchell's is not apparentl. No food, no open mic and no weekend features of a live band. Brent is a nice guy but if I owned this bar, with the size of it, would be one of the nicest places on the near north side of Milwaukee. Other than that, there's no reason to come here.
Very worth your time!! Loved the barkeep and the atmosphere. Met lots of friendly folk- my only remark is they don't make margaritas but it isn't worth taking a star! I highly recommend

Mitchell's is one of the last "classic " taverns around today like the tomato patch or Remo's. Brent,the owner, is and has been one of the most solid guy there is,his passion and presence in his his bar shows highly in his atmosphere of Mitchell's. Occasionally there is a car show here and I know that a lot of past and present patrons love when he has a show but due to COVID,it's never been the same as it used to be but I truly recommend Mitchell's for anyone that likes the relaxed...read full review
