This is bottom of the barrel food! My burger and the sour cream on my nachos were both spoiled!!! The wings are terrible too. Just save your money or go to the Culver's next door like I had to do.

I find it wrong how they can treat loyal members like trash. I wasn't welcomed as an elite IHG rewards member. Then I needed an extra hour because I checked in at 1am. I just wanted an extra hour to get myself together. I was told latest they can do is check out time. I found that very disappointing. Considering every time I stay here housekeeping is knocking at my door 3 hours before check out time. Place is not the friendly environment I'm used too as an IHG loyal member. Will never stay here agian.
I swear I’m invisible here. I’ve sat in this dive restaurant for 15 minutes with no greeting. It’s like I’m not even here. I stayed the night at this hotel. Smells like urine. I’m a gold member with the holiday inn and this one was the worst. Never at this one again.Dennys is 1/2 mile down the road. Better breakfast, better service, smells better and a lot Less money. I also suggest not staying at this holiday inn.what I like the most about this place ….. was leaving….

Let's just start with there is no actual room reservation at this place! You can call ahead and tell them that you have a late flight, give a credit card number, and tell them that you'll be checking in late. This will not not ensure you have a place to stay at this location.
Stay Far Away from this Shady Hotel with Shady Business Practices Several from my group booked this hotel for the Harley-Davidson 120th Anniversary Celebration. I booked this room for three nights on 08-15-2022. Paperwork said I had three (3) days to cancel. Around 06-15-2023, my AMX gets charged the full amount for the full stay. Really. What the jheck. I have never ever paid for a hotel until I arrived at the hotel. I use to owe part of a charter business company that operated 25 buses and we booked a lot of hotels for our drivers, our customers, and ourselves. Never ever paid for a room in advance or even a month in advance. I called the hotel ASAP and they rudely said that since they are booked up, they decided to go ahead and charge all rooms for the weekend I was there. When I complained and asked to speak to a manager, they rudely told me that they would tell me the same thing and that they were not available. That they can make up the rules as they go along and if I wanted to cancel, that I could for a full refund because they had a long waiting list needing rooms. Basically saying that they could get a much higher rate from the waiting list folks than what I booked on 08-15-2022. Absolutely shady business practices. They knew they had us over a barrel and took advantage of our situation. Stay Far Away from this Shady Hotel with Shady Business Practices.
We stayed here for one night as a park and stay flying out on our vacation. Bartender (evening) was frustrated as to no show kitchen help. He said he would gaurantee me a job when I got back. However you have to go through Holiday Inn front desk and they say they are not available and don't have a direct line! No wonder!!

I booked this room which was described as a suite, even all online photos show a chair or a sofa in the room but no, we were put it 2 horrible different rooms and it was dirty, gross & damaged. I was charged twice for the same night and still hav not been refunded. Staff was rude and obviously don’t know anything about customer service! They refused to put me in the suite that I paid for because I booked through Hotwire. The lamp shade were broken, black mold and holes in the ceiling of the shower that just had a piece of plastic screwed on to cover up. I’m still waiting for my money back. This place is terrible, oh and just so you know they expect an extra deposit beside the price of the room that’ll never be returned! I want my $100 deposit back! Don’t stay here, for )20 more I could’ve booked the Hilton! And I have regretted it since I arrived! Only good thing is the free airport shuttle! Oh and our drinks were quoted at $5 & up however we were charged $16 each drink plus $17 per shot. Wow since when are shots more than an actual drink? I feel disrespected & robbed. Don’t come here! Locals are living here, the whole place smells like smoke and weed. Yuck
Very positive 4-night stay. Great location with friendly staff. Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and attractive decor. Easy parking. Large indoor pool was enjoyed by our daughter. The restaurant/bar area looked very nice although we were not able to eat there due to other commitments. We expected a little noise because of nearby airport, but heard none.

We went there for the Wild Subaru kite festival in Milwauree and we were lodging at this hotel. Very nice room and super comfortable huge bed. A small bar and restaurant. A nice inside pool. Wide parking. The hotel is nearby the airport, of cource, but also several restaurants around. Unlike many hotels that use covid as an excuse not to provide service (and rase prices), this hotel offers daily room cleaning.
This hotel is as disgusting as the front desk staff. The very moment I walked in I was discriminated against. My partner checked in without any issues or questions. When it came time for me to check in. I was given hell from front desk staff and needed documents from my company to verify my stay, although they had the information in-front of them. I saw the process when they checked other “white” guest in vs. how I was checked in. They ended up charging my credit for the entire stay instead of using the company credit card. When I called downstairs to notify them about the discrepancy, overnight staff became hostile and disrespectful to me saying someone made a mistake and will release my money back in two days. No apologies, no ownership, just rude hostile words, and finally hung up the phone on me, because he was overly mad I was asking questions. I don’t have 2 days to wait for a mistake they made. No one took responsibility because they are nasty terrible humans working at this hotel. Building stink and rooms dated. Better hotels nearby than waste time and money on this filthy mess. I hope my company never use this racist a** hotel ever again!
Our room itself was nice. Clean and comfortable. The pool was clean also. As other reviewers have mentioned, the hallway carpeting could use a cleaning or upgrading and the hallway smelled like marijuana which is off putting. The restaurant only had buffet breakfast ($14 per person). The staff were all very helpful and overall the stay was fine.
We stayed here back in January and had an absolute disgusting stay and still have not heard anything from management. Room was dirty, pool smelled awful (reported to the front desk and they WERE gonna close it down but never did) bathroom was dirty… we checked in late and they were busy so I let it go that night, but did inform staff of my concerns in the morning…. Still nothing Gross
