Jeff was super sweet. We got a soda and a beer, but our pups in the car were thirsty too. Jeff was happy to fill up my Dallas Cowboys (sorry cheese-heads) thermal cup with cool fresh water. Pups were so happy! Thanks for everything, Jeff and Moosa's!!!
The atmosphere was solid, but the overall experience was average. I ordered vanilla custard, but they gave me a mix that was 75% chocolate and 25% vanilla for some reason. The service was also average. Given its perfect location, this place has great potential, but they need to improve order execution and serve higher-quality food to thrive.

The highlight was ice cream. Though I felt the prices were crazy high for the amount of ice cream you got, the desserts tastes good. It was nice to sit and eat and then head to the pier.
