What a wonderful bakery. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The donuts were huge and delicious. A great variety available. Their potato salad was wonderful. Definitely check out this bakery.
I purchased a birthday cake for my mother. When I arrived the colors of the roses were incorrect. The staff did offer to correct the cake while I waited. However, because of the time frame, I couldn’t wait and took the cake as is! Well… let me say this..My mother loved her cake, the cake and frosting was absolutely delicious, and everyone was very HAPPY! Thank you again National Bakery on S16th, you are our new go to cake and bakery place! ❤️🏆😊
The customer care we received today was lousy. Going to charge us for the containers used for the bakery we are purchasing. Then we look at receipt while walking out and noticed they did not charge us for a cake $8.99. So we went back the cashier looks at receipt and admits she didn't charge us and would not proceed to give us a discount for honesty. Lost our business.
