Noodles and Company

Used to be very good. Noticed the last few times the noodles were overcooked. The last time they were inedible like eating dough.

Clean inside, pleasant staff, and the food was good as expected.

Soon as we walked in cashier had a attitude problem for no reason just gave off a bad vibe idk my food was good though.

On October 4, I placed an online order about 30 minutes in advance for pick-up. When I arrived a bit early, staff was very busy with other orders and I was needlessly impatient, because I lost track of time. My order was filled in a timely manner and was very good. The woman putting my order together did a great job and the food was excellent. She should be commended.

This store is dirty. Opening employees should be cleaning the exterior and the lobby (windows etc) before opening.

Ordered a bowl of buttered noodles with chicken. They gave me 2 small strips of chicken with 5 noodles, sounds stupid but it’s true. If you’re gonna do a job do it right. For those that place an order I recommend going in person to watch your food be made.

I asked for extra cheese and the girl who made it showed me and asked if the amount was good. The service was great and the food was delicious! 10/10. I don’t remember her name but she had blonde hair in a ponytail and it was 9pm September 7th 2024. Thank you for the good service and great food.

Staff was kind, offered a large variety of drinks and side dishes. The meal depicted is a $6 kids meal which came with a grilled chicken breast, marinara sauce, broccoli, another side (or more broccoli) and a drink.

Got to read between the fine print and when they be giving you supposedly freebies when they actually are not. Oh how the price escalates bait and switch?

Ordered a Parmesan roasted chicken. Asked for extra tomato’s and extra cheese, which is like this liquid cheese. I got home, opened the bowl and it had half a chicken fillet, chopped up and burnt. Soggy tomatoes, super dry noodles with no sauce in sight. A bowl full of dry noodles. Plenty noodles. It was so terrible, I still believe I was pranked cause it had to be a joke. The staff were so polite, I kind of feel like it was intentionally done. Yea I will never visit this location again.

I was charged 4 dollars for quite literally a spoonful of lettuce in a “side salad” and ordered a penne Rosa that cost 12 dollars only to find a dry bowl of pasta, they added maybe a drop of sauce. Check your food before you leave cause I just wasted my money.

The food is low quality. Got the mac and cheese and the cheese sauce is just gloop. Clearly comes in a powder like kraft mac and cheese and they just add water to it. Pesto was tasteless and low quality. Store bought is better. Potstickers also bad, the inside is just one homogenous paste, costo potstickers are much tastier.There's a lot of suspicious five star reviews on here, don't know if they're bots, bought reviews, or just people with no taste.If you want pasta, make it yourself and it will much better than this place, trust me. If you want something more complicated that you don't know how to make youself like pad thai, go to another restaurant that makes that dish and it will be much better

Ordered Pad Thai, It was delicious, despite the price, the food quality was amazing, decent quantity which is satisfactory and customer service was awesome too. Definitely would visit more.
