I made a mistake on my online order, and Nick was super helpful in getting it corrected. He was taking such good care of everyone inside and had an amazing positive energy. I haven’t always had the best experience at this noodle’s, but he and his team made it great :) Food was delicious! I got the pesto cavatappi with grilled chicken and the gf pasta instead of cavatappi.

Noodles and company have been a favorite of mine ever since I was a kid. Despite developing a gluten allergy, they have remained one of the few places I can get food from. On 5/25/25, I placed an online order for dinner and didn’t think much of it. After working a 12-hour shift, I needed some good food to help me unwind from the day. I sent my boyfriend to pick up the order, and on the ticket, there was the sweetest message I have ever gotten written on it. I cried once reading the message. Thank you for the kind words, Yari. Your kindness has made me beyond happy and I hope you know how impactful your message was. I hope every establishment hires more people like Yari. Thanks again, it made me smile. :)
A good healthy food option. I had the Rosa rigatoni with tofu and it was very filling for me. The workers are polite - great costumer service

Super slow service. Noodles and Company has become marginal at best over the last couple years.
They never follow the specifications even if you say you’re allergic to something. Took over 30 minutes for 1 dish. Then wouldn’t even remake it.
Used to be very good. Noticed the last few times the noodles were overcooked. The last time they were inedible like eating dough.
Clean inside, pleasant staff, and the food was good as expected.
