This location has messed up our drink orders more than once, and is sometimes really packed since there's less seating here than bigger locations. But the staff is usually nice regardless, even when they made mistakes.

I stopped eating at Ogden Panera a few years ago. The food was sparse and tasteless. DAMIEN is saving the day at breakfast. The food is bountiful and delicious. Staff is courteous and professional.

While the sip Club is great, signing in can be difficult and often inefficient. A card to swipe quickly would be much more efficient. Also, I wish they offered organic coffees. And if you are behind someone ordering for 3 people, you can wait 10 minutes to sign in . The system used by the sign in machine needs to be totally simplified and overhauled. It is only frustrating. I have yet to be able to use it to sign in to the Sip club. I do love their sandwiches and entrees!
