I am a Marquette student that orders here often and very familiar with the staff, they are always very kind. But what I don’t like is the safety of this location, from hearing one of my favorites being fired for being assaulted and witnessing the manager and staff being threatened for telling a customer to leave. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau for unsafe conditions.

Awful experience. I ordered a pizza via phone and when I went to pick up the pizza we waited for 45 minutes and no could give use our pizza. Staff was very slow and not helpful.

Doors locked at pick-up. Workers were in no rush to let me in. Person that “helped” me was talking to someone on their personal cell and were slow to get my order. Unlikely to return to this location.

The employees were loud and Goofing off. They were talking about how the place was not clean when they started which disgusted me. the order took a lot longer than promised. I was standing there for over 30 minutes watching them playing around while making food for people to eat. They were very disrespectful to customers.

Food is decent when the right person makes it. I am in there about 4 times weekly and only have a problem with one person. Not sure of her name but she's a African American woman who is a manager and wears a headwrap. She is EXTREMELY rude, slams food down, mean to her staff and customers and you can just tell she doesn't like her job nor want to be there. Luckily there was friendly staff who apologized on her behalf and made it right. Don't know her name but white female with red hair. So if this other lady didn't work there it would be 4.5 stars. It's EVERY time I go there that she's there this happens. Please get rid of her there's a lot of customers who stopped coming because of her.

Ordered twice. And the pizza is always undercooked and the crust doesn't taste anything like papa John's. So disappointed. The crust was flat and I even got a horrible stomach ache as well as the other people that ate.

I'm a frequent customer here. Normally I don't complain but tonight service sucked major. First, I usually order online and my order is never correct but my kids like it and it's the closest location to our house. But tonight, I picked up an order my daughter placed, walked in the store was not greeted at all and there's 5 people working, a younger guy said u picking up a order ? I said yes, an even younger female came from making a pizza, did not wash her hands or speak, says who's the order for? I tell her the name, she says yes she placed the same order twice and it's not paid for🤔...called my daughter asap telling her she's like I'll send you the confirmation that it was paid for, she did, I showed the young lady, she handed me a pizza, I asked for paper plates, she handed them to me and walked off, didn't say I apologize, my fault, it was a mistake, absolutely nothing. These the type of people y'all hire in y'all businesses especially on that college campus Give that job to someone who knows what they're doing or actually cares cause she definitely doesn't. Sad the service they give and I'm patronizing their business. Shows that people are really desperate for employees.
