The rudest employees ever they don't greet you and I waited for 10 minutes before I spoke up and asked when my order would be ready that I placed online.. the manager acts like a little girl walking around telling jokes but won't tell her employees to assist the waoting customers even tho werent doing anything. I usually tip but today I didn't I won't be returning. Unacceptable

I believe I got food poisoning from this place! I had pizza from here and got SO sick for 2 weeks!! It was insane, I had leftover pizza the next day and it made me so sick. The conditions aren’t good, I saw people touching their phones and then food. Also, in the past my boxes have been opened not sealed. I don’t think I’ll be back for a long time!

As a chef this place has absolutely horrible customer service unsanitary everyone’s touching there phones did not see any proper handwashing disgusting I only took it home because I was absolutely starving from working 10 hours.

So basically I ordered papa John’s and received Son John’s! I asked for extra sauce on my pizza, and they gave me 5x the amount of sauce on my wife’s pizza! Definitely allowed a child to make my food

Mark is very rude and shouldn't be manager. He gave me poor service was very disrespectful. He took all day with my order after I waited over 25 minute on a door dash order. Instead of him being respectful about it he told me to stop waiting and cancel my order and leave that he doesn't care about me dashing then proceed to treat every customer after me with respect to be funny he told crew members not to answer my questions do they work and they listen to him and was rude and disrespectful to me. Mark didn't have on a uniform with a hat on to the back this is not a good way to represent your business the way his service is Mark needs to be fired and retrained asap ill never come to this location as long as you hire managers and crew members like this.

I live about 2 miles from the store, had a $60 delivery order that was taken to the wrong address; I’ve called both door dash and Papa John’s and they keep telling me to call the other party

Never got my pizza. The tracker said it was delivered, I told the driver I was coming outside to get it when they called, but I never saw a driver or a pizza. I called the pizza location several times and no one answered. Never got my money back too? I don't think I've ever had a worse delivery experience..
