Genuinely the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Ordered boneless wings too and they were basically microwave chicken nuggets with some buffalo sauce haphazardly thrown on top. Truly awful. Will be getting redemption pizza this weekend to make up for the garbage that was sent to my door from this location.

I placed a pick up order today with them & immediately walking in i noticed how nobody had on a hairnet while making pizza & nobody had on gloves while making the pizzas, I ordered a 8 count of BUFFALO wings & 2 large pizzas, 1 pepperoni & the other half pepperoni and half sausage and received 2 full pepperoni pizzas and a 8 count of PLAIN wings instead of what i originally ordered, the atmosphere was completely unsettling and the workers where constantly running back and forth outside and going straight to making food instead of washing their hands.

Payed for extra sauce, only got one and not only did they give me just one even though I payed for extra they put half of sauce in the container to the point it to where was nearly empty.

These employees work hard. I had to come in because something wasn't quite right with my order. They were VERY KIND and fixed it right away. The staff were smiling, all were in a great mood and really wanted to make things right. The customer service was top notch. I was very impressed and very happy with the customer service. I will definitely order again. Thank you Oakland Ave. Crew you are appreciated!!

This is a Google issue as much as it's a papa johns issue. Get the store hours right, or don't bother, because it says open until 1 am, but you have to click again to see that this store stops serving at 10:40 pm? Can we have tech that works?

The rudest employees ever they don't greet you and I waited for 10 minutes before I spoke up and asked when my order would be ready that I placed online.. the manager acts like a little girl walking around telling jokes but won't tell her employees to assist the waoting customers even tho werent doing anything. I usually tip but today I didn't I won't be returning. Unacceptable

I believe I got food poisoning from this place! I had pizza from here and got SO sick for 2 weeks!! It was insane, I had leftover pizza the next day and it made me so sick. The conditions aren’t good, I saw people touching their phones and then food. Also, in the past my boxes have been opened not sealed. I don’t think I’ll be back for a long time!
As a chef this place has absolutely horrible customer service unsanitary everyone’s touching there phones did not see any proper handwashing disgusting I only took it home because I was absolutely starving from working 10 hours.
