Jersey Mike's offers superb food and a very friendly staff that makes each visit feel welcoming. The staff is kind, genial, awesome and always super friendly, and the manager and whole team work well together. Customers receive great service, BOGO coupons, and above and beyond friendly service from a nice woman or other employees. The sub and sandwich options are tasty, fresh, and can be made as a lightly grilled Italian with sweet peppers or as a gluten free sub for those with a gluten allergy. Large party boxes are ready on time, clearly labeled and fresh for events such as a graduation party. The location is clean, great and the store is a fantastic addition to Shorewood. Every single time the food is great, the staff puts this location over the top and left guests with a smile, a full belly and a happy feeling. The restaurant is always great and superb. friends will come back.
