It isn't your racist former CEO/founder! Your pizza is just plain nasty and your online ordering site is God awful!! Ever heard of UX testing?? Fix your too rubbery to chew dough, take a pound of sugar out of your sauce, and streamline your website! Maybe then will I consider trying your product again.

I door dashed at the end of the day an hour before closing.. and my order was horrible i ordered pepperoni added extra cheese half with mushrooms it was over cooked and the ingredients didn’t cover the whole pizza they didn’t even cut it right there were super skinny pieces and big pieces..the garlic sauce was solid and the two peppers for entire large pizza were dried out….the wings were ok no seasoning though.. i never had pizza like this from them before.. moral of the story don’t go before closing time they do not care about your order

The manager Claire was amazing and very helpful when deciding what we were going to order. She was patient as well as the cook, De’Angelo who was in the back working hard and getting everything together. Great staff!

BEWARE - Lets start with the food - I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and 10 bbq boneless wings. The pizza which was super thin and the stuffed crust was more crust than cheese stuffing. It didn't even remotely look like the pizza on the Papa Johns site. The wings were not unsauced and not cooked all the way. This was clearly a rush job.When I came, only three people worked there. The only black girl in there had a very disrespectful attitude when I asked her about giving me some napkins. I got into an altercation with her of which I won't describe in detail, but just know - when a person says they don't give a damn about cussing out customers at work, then maybe they shouldn't be there.I don't care about the atmosphere - just don't order your pizza from here if you want to eat it. I just ate 3 slices and threw the wings away after biting into one.

Never got my pizza. The tracker said it was delivered, I told the driver I was coming outside to get it when they called, but I never saw a driver or a pizza. I called the pizza location several times and no one answered. Never got my money back too? I don't think I've ever had a worse delivery experience..

They move entirely too slow. Too much gossiping in front of the customers. I ordered my food online at about 2PM, my order wasn’t complete until 3:30PM. This is ridiculous. Do better.
