The food is good. Exactly what I expected.The service is friendly and helpful, but all of our food came out at different times. Not the end of the world, but a little unusual.The atmosphere, unfortunately, leaves something to be desired. The feel and smell of the place is like an old house -- you know it's clean where you can see it, but something just smells like people have been using everything in the space for a long time and the space needs an upgrade.
BEST CRISPY YELLOW NOODLE AKA CANTONESE CRISPY CHOW MEIN DISH IN ALL OF MILWAUKEE. YES I TRIED QUITE A FEW IN OTHER ASIAN RESTAURANTS, ALL AROUND TOWN AND NOTHING BEATS THE TASTE OF THIS PARTICULAR DISH AT PHAN'S GARDEN.
Recommended on the Milwaukee foodie Facebook group - very happy we dined here and enjoyed everything we ordered! I will have to learn more about Vietnamese cuisine and try something new next time.
