Great beer and food, and Brandon was an entertaining and informative tour guide!
I don’t even know where to begin with this meal that was curated by Chef Ryan at Pilot Project Brewing Milwaukee for our event.
I knew that I wanted a meal paired with beer and/or wine but Chef Ryan completely and totally outdid himself.
As stunning as the presentation was, and as incredibly delicious as the food was, the very best part of Chef Ryan’s presentation for me was at the end.
