I wish I could choose Zero Stars. I ordered a PAN PIZZA and I have no idea what happened but I definitely did not get a PAN PIZZA. I called the store and asked for a manager. I told her this is not a PAN PIZZA. I have been eating PAN PIZZA since the 80's. Her response was I wasn't born then. Food inedible. Service unreal.

This place should be shut down employee walking in and off the off ain’t working took damn near 15 minutes for them to take our order so we finally order a large pizza it took 45 minutes for them to make so I ask them why it’s it takes so long they talk about there Mozzarella cheeseIs frozen employee all on their phone one employee vapeing on the floor they didn’t wash their hands it’s was dirty back there they didn’t have no gloves on one lady was in the bathroom and didn’t even wash her hands just went Straight through her phone and asks us why we still here so i politely asked for a refund and will never step foot in this horrible place again should be shut down or new employees

I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 1/10We tried to order food within store hours. Doors were locked, worker sleep at register, another worker looks at us at door and walks to back. We just get back in car and the sleep worker grabs her things and heads out… we called to confirm hours and they were open till 10pm. It was 8pm. THEY DISAPPOINT EVERYTIME…

Ordered online, ordered a stuffed crust pizza and received a hollowed-pizza crust with no cheese despite me paying at least $12 more for it. This store pushed their delivery onto DoorDash instead of delivering like normal despite my house being 5 mins from the store. Did not receive what I paid for. For a $35 pizza this is outrageous.
Wish I could give 0 stars. This has to be the worst Pizza Hut on this planet. The owner should be ashamed. They should just close this location down, it’s that terrible. Do NOT order from this location. Trust me.

Got my ordered wrong and they refused to send me a refund for the extra cost I paid. I bought supreme and Hawaii pizza but got regular pepperoni and sausage. Which there was hardly and sauce! Let alone the chicken was burnt but was left out so it was cold and they gave me super small piece as if it was at the bottom of the tray. So I had hard and cold chicken. My cheese bread was also doughy and raw. They refused to refund me the extra money I paid for the special pizza and make me paid extra fee for regular pizza. Worst pizza place ever.

Friendly employees but the quality of food is absolutely horrible. I’m not sure if it’s just this location but I would never spend another dollar with them. The pizza tasted old I felt sick immediately afterwards. Also the employees are never uniform, no hairnets, ect.I do not recommend.
