Not allowed to pick up online orders at drive thru.
Did not have the sandwich that I ordered and paid for online.
Ordered recently and the spicy was actually spicy THANK YOU.

They forgot my drink. They didn’t put my fries in a nice box. They put my fries in bags just like picture. My chicken sandwich bag was open horrible disgusting .

I won't give any stars in any area due to poor customer service,I ordered 3mikd tenders and got 1 spicy one on top of being handed a drink with the tip off that spilled in my car after I put the top in correct. It was so many people in the area that they were confused so over all everything was terrible as I recommend they close it I haven't been here in(15) years due to the same problem and now ill never go back

I had thee worst experience last night only because I'm a woman.. the scruffy beard cashier was a mess last night. He yelled OH MY GOD when I changed my mind from classic chicken to buffalo rub.. then at the pickup window he snatched my card and scratched my hand. Oh how I wish I was with my husband. He looked tired he should have went home I'll never eat there again. Why work customer service if you're a jerk..

Why does this place only run right when manager is working. No more than a minute or two for my food. Why does it take so long after 5 even with little to no customers. Make sure to go when gray truck is there.

Damn is everybody on the crew slow or something. Damn read the orders. It never fails if I come to this location or order online yall never get the order right like damn figure it out! At this point ain't nobody on this location crew smater than a 3rd grader
