I have come hete 3 times in my 29 years living on Good Hope Rd... Bad service, and poor food quality, everytime. As of June 1st 2023, I noticed green boards on the windows, Google says "Temporarily Closed", and the sign reads "Now Hiring Managers and Team Members". HOPEFULLY this location will improve when they reopen... I will update this review when I stop in here, after new management and crew have opened it up.

They are ALWAYS out of SOMETHING. I not only attempt to order food myself but I also doordash there. They have never been able to give me what I ordered the first time, either because they are out or they completely mess up my order. The service is also horrible and extremely slow and the staff there is very unprofessional and rude. I no longer pick up door dash orders or order for myself at this location because of these reasons. Honestly think they should be shut down

I was in the drive thru for 45 minutes! There were only 3 people working. No apologies, food was cold, had to repeat me order 5 times, and it was still wrong.

After leaving the Appleton location because of very poor service. I come here to 76th they have no Mac n cheese, no nuggets I ask the cashier what would she suggest as a side for a kid she looks at me with a blank stare, anywho I carry on with my order and the next person step up. This cashier holds the line up because she got a call that she took on speaker. The managers are standing here and said nothing at all. What happened to customer service. We could’ve never!

Agreed to wait about 30 minutes for spicy hot chicken but they said mild was readily available, therefore I opted for mild instead. Still had me waiting at least 10-15 mins in the drive thru after paying. Chicken was bland not seasoned well, had to go inside to check on and retrieve my order. Unsatisfactory drive thru experience all around.

Can't believe this place stays open. They told me it would be a 5 minute wait, well 5 minutes turned into 30 minutes. I will never go to this location on GoodHope Rd again. They also said they were only taking cash, no credit cards. Customer service totally sucks. Also didn't get the food I ordered. I don't mind waiting, but don't say it is going to be a 5 minute wait and then it really is a half hour, if I would have known it was going to be 30 minutes I would have left.

Went through the drive through, long wait time and extremely poor customer service. At the window, the worker asked what my order was and I repeated it to her. Then when handing my food and drinks she glared at me for no apparent reason. I highly suggest management look further into this location and their employees costumer service.

The restaurant is poorly managed, they're always out of food items including but definitely not limited to actual chicken. They allow customers to sit in line for 20 minutes just to tell them they don't have half of the items on the menu available. This restaurant need a strong general manager to correct their issues with staff, purchasing of food to properly serve customers weekly, customer service, and cleanliness.

Waited behind 3 cars in the drive thru. Took 15 min to get to speaker. Once pulled up, I was told “one moment” 10 minutes of moments later I ordered. They told me the only beverages they have is the premium lemonade.. not even water. Got my food at the window and chicken sandwich was ice cold. Could’ve gone elsewhere but had just gotten off work starving. Should’ve taken the sign of having to wait as long as I did in the drive thru.

First ever visit to this regularly maligned Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location on a Friday around 2:00 pm. Signed up for an online account to save $'s on the currently promoted Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich Combo at $6.99 vs. menu price of $8.39. Placed order online for a 1:49 pm pick up adding a Classic Chicken Sandwich, and side of red beans and rice and small Lemonade. Arrived over 10 minutes late for our 1:49 pm Dine In order and stood at the Pick Up counter in store for at least 5 minutes, believing that our order had been sitting for over 10 minutes under a heat lamp. Couldn't get any employee's attention and out of nowhere my name is called and my order was handed over - hot and fresh!!! The order was handed over at 2:05 pm, 15 minutes after the time specified on the online order confirmation. The order contained 3 chicken sandwiches, 2 ea. Classic Chicken Sandwiches and 1 ea. Classic Spicy Chicken Sandwich, a side of red beans and rice and a side of Cajun Fries. The store must have been out of the Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich and substituted a Classic Spicy Chicken Sandwich. They also were out of cups for any drinks and thus the extra Classic Chicken Sandwich and the extra side of Cajun Fries. All food items were hot and fresh. The chicken sandwiches were crisp and the chicken moist and hot. Even the fries and red beans and rice were spot on. The extra food at no cost helped offset the disappointment of the absent Spicy Blackened Chicken Sandwich and small lemonade. We were the only patrons dining in, while the counter service was brisk and the drive through packed. Owed to arriving over 10 minutes late and service being 15 minutes slow, we were serendipitously served 5 minutes after arrival with a just prepared but greatly errant order. While one of the better chicken sandwiches in the fast food universe, the Popeyes Good Hope & 76th Street location is the runt of the litter of broad choices that include, Dominoes, McDonald's, and Cousins Subs. We won't likely return anytime soon.
