I feel like this restaurant would be better if the owner spent as much time here fixing issues as they do on Google Maps apologizing for terrible service and management. I don't care that you're sorry, I want you to fix it.
Spicy tenders only rarely available. Very often they'll just put mild tenders in the box instead of telling you they're out of spicy.

Ordered a 5 piece meal yesterday (Sept.30) and it ended up being a 3 piece missing 2 thighs, both bisquits missing, and the mashed potatoes were 1/3 of the way full. Definitely not a full scoop. My friends order was missing his 2 pies, 2 bisquits, and 1 thigh. Not only was it missing pieces, but the chicken was partially raw, AND we waited over an hour and a half for that super crappy food. I've loved this location since before it burned down but I am absolutely highly disappointed....read full review
Food was not that good, place was SUPER DIRTY! Not to mention the manager yelling at a girl for being to slow bagging food… terrible management! I’d never treat my employees like that even if they were slower.
