Cousins Subs is a restaurant where customers are treated with respect and courtesy. A popular choice is the fully loaded club with fries and curds, which makes for a great combination. While it is usually a reliable go-to spot, some customers have recently noticed a decline in cleanliness and order accuracy, with missing toppings or incorrect bread. Customers also appreciate the friendly and efficient staff, as well as the store's always clean environment. Many find the food to be fresh and tasty, and some have enjoyed ordering online for quick pick-up, especially when nearby locations are convenient. However, there are occasional frustrations with online order timing, as the app sometimes indicates a short wait but the order isn't started until arrival, which can lead to delays. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a favorite, and customers hope for improvements to return to its usual high standards.
