I wanted to write a review to shoutout the entire team working the afternoon of 9/26/2024. I attempted to order online and for some reason the site wouldn't let me submit my order. I called the store to see if the order went through and the woman who answered confirmed that it did not. I was instructed to come in but was warned that they were very busy. When I arrived, the entire store was packed! Everyone working was WORKING! The assembly line was accurate and efficient...
Came this past Saturday and I believe her name is akira (sorry if I spelt that wrong) but she had on the holiday accessories. Omg! Literally the best customer service I’ve had in a while. Definitely felt greeted as if I was walking into a family house. The energy was amazing and I just appreciate good customer service when I come across it.
