You’ve seen the pictures, the food is obviously good. Let’s talk about the front of the house for a second… At no point did my water glass drop below half way; these people were like ninjas with the refill pitcher. As soon as my cocktail was running low, they were right on top of it. At one point, I knocked my spoon on the ground and a sly angel appeared out of nowhere to discretely replace it. A throughly enjoyable atmosphere.
A group of four, long time friends enjoyed Valentine’s Day at Purslane’s. First we enjoyed some interesting cocktails that the bartender brought to our table. I had the Color of Thought - an Old Fashioned made with cherry vanilla bitters and pomegranate seeds, -it was delicious! Next, we ordered small and large plates that we shared. Fantastic food, drinks and service. We ordered the short rib, wings, trio, salad and apple desert. For drinks we each had a house cocktail and aperitif (of which the lists were very impressive). It was all incredible. Made even better by the very kind and attentive staff. Looking forward to coming back!
