I love this Qdoba because it's always very easy to get my food. However, I had gotten beef mixed in with chicken in a bowl I ordered, and I did not order beef at all. I do not eat beef or pork for personal, religious reasons. I promptly submitted a report through the app, and have still heard nothing back, despite this being over a week ago. The employees are all very patient and kind; this is just a poor reflection on the brand's customer service.

First they gave away the Doordash order I ordered at 430 to someone else. I reordered and had to wait for chicken. Then 40 min for rice? I finally got my food 2 hours later and my bowl was missing fajita veggies, corn, Pico and shredded cheese. The chicken was burnt. TWO HOURS for a bowl with burnt chicken, rice and sour cream with cilantro on top? TERRIBLE.
