Just went in to pick up an order but when I got there this one bigger guy with curly shoulder length hair said they were closed. As I was walking out out, I heard the same guy say he doesn’t want to make anything else tonight. That’s fine. He’s lazy. That much is clear. But then don’t get a job. If you want to do nothing— do nothing. Also, if you are closed, atleast lock the doors. It looks like that lazy pos can’t do anything

Placed an order using the app, and went to pick it up about 30min later. The guy working the register seemed high and said my order wasn't ready and should be coming out. After several minutes, I asked one of the line guys if they had a ticket printed for my order. They took their ear buds out long enough to tell me to check at the register, which I said I started at, then they confirmed that they did not have my ticket. One of the managers getting ready to leave heard this and said my order was next to the register, which the cashier didn't bother to check ("my bad", he tells me). After this slight delay, I also found that the burrito was missing the queso I ordered. Will be avoiding this location, especially on a slow Sunday evening.
