This is the most disgusting place I've ever attempted to eat. Floors are filthy, make line is splattered with dried food, equipment behind the counter is visibly unclean with old grease and baked on crust, walls are dirty. Booths and chairs are wobbly and broken. Service was also horrible - the workers were busy having a raucous conversation with friends hanging out in the order area talking about two coworkers getting into a fistfight, and when I did get to order, they were not paying attention at all and didnt know what the ingredients on the make line were. Ended up taking the order to go, getting home, REALLY thinking about whether I wanted to eat it, and throwing it away.

Whoever cut the lettuce needs lettuce chopping lessons. The steak was not chewable. And overall seems overly salty. Portions however were done perfectly. While I made it to the end of the line I waited a few minutes for assistance to checkout while cashier was restocking tortilla chips. Proceeded to move a trash can and then open a thing of tortilla chips. And then assist me after.

This location consistently has friendly service and fresh food. I did have a disappointing experience yesterday, but I spoke with one of the managers (Marco) who was extremely friendly and made sure I was taken care of. If you’re looking for a quick and fresh tasting meal, head into this Qdoba location!

Made a mobile order for a burrito bowl and made the mistake of not checking my order before I left.
What I ordered. (See order screenshot) What I got. (See disgusting slop on the right with literally nothing I requested except the steak. There’s a gross paste on it and it smells like sweaty feet. Also, the chips I ordered were soggy from the salsa spilling on them. I’ll never go back to this location. There goes $16 down the drain!

The guy making the tacos stuck his hand in his pocket and took his cell phone out and had to be told to put it back and change his gloves (by us, not his manager). And then they made tacos that were so messy, the bowl of tacos looks like a salad. This is so unappetizing. The workers honestly could not care less about what they were doing. It’s absurd. I’m disgusted. I will throw it away. I’m not eating this salad of tacos.

First time here terrible experience! Got a burrito bowl they wasn't listening to me plus forgot to put the beans on ..then got mad at me and put half the spoon on. Then I said I wanted a large guacamole and chips the other two was so busy talking to each other they didn't hear me or the lady that made the bowl. I should have just walked out when she wasn't making my bowl right.... NEVER again!!!!!

Out of white rice and the food area was a bit messy for my liking. 4 star because the gentleman were very nice and apologetic. We left they didn’t have what we wanted.
They accepted my order and delivered it without any of the ingredients. When I called they were rude and said they didn’t have any of the ingredients needed to make a bowl. Don’t waste your time or money here

Qdoba has always been mediocre. This is to update that they remain mediocre but now with added price increases you get even less value than before. Online orders are usually incomplete. Way too much packaging. Tacos are tiny. Etc.... Just bad.
